Error Message When Starting Outlook

When I start outlook I get the following message:

'C:\Documents and Settings\Daniel Seatvet\Application
Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Programs Files\Microsoft Office\Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL'
is not a valid Office Add-in.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, frustrated asked:
