When composing a new email, I changed the format to rich
text and attach a document to the email. However, I am
unable to have any more than two attachments listed on
each line. I used to be able to have 5 or 6 attachments
on each line. How do i fix this so that it does what it
used to do?

The file attachment interface depends on the message format, IIRC.

Note that rich text format will not be properly readable to non-Outlook
users (or if the RTF gets stripped out by a server/firewall) and people will
get winmail.dat attachments instead of yours. I always disable Rich Text and
Word as E-mail Editor right off the bat. Use HTML if you need formatting.

Best to post Outlook questions in microsoft.public.outlook - and include
mention of your version of Outlook.
