I presume that you want to avoid having to sit down at each client's system
and enter the name of the Exchange Server and the other two or three steps?

I might suggest that you look into deploying Office XX ( be it 2000, XP or
2003 ) via Group Policy. You can add the .adm templates to configure a good
many settings in all of the Office Suite Applications. I might encourage
you to install the Office XX Resource Kit as well so that you can have the
Customization Wizard at your disposal. This offers the ability to create a
..mst file ( Transforms file ) that will 'fill in the blanks' for Outlook. I
believe that is Step 14 or so....

I think that this might help you to achieve what you need.
