Outlook XP

I loaded Office XP onto my computer and when I try to use
Outook I get a error message (That tells me Outlook can
not fine my e-mail folders)HELP

Have you installed your mail accounts by using Control Panel->Mail
Icon->New?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
