Outlook 2003 cannot open .oft file

Hello All,

I think my Outlook 2003 is messed up. When I try to open the Outlook
Security Template used for changing security, I get an e-mail message
instead of the form that I should get.

I also get 404 page not found errors when I try to open Outook public
folder items on our intranet. Everyone else can open them fine.

Any suggestions appreciated - Thanks,

How are you trying to open the security template form? Have you tried
downloading a fresh copy?
