Outlook XP very slow then not responding

Just upgraded all Office to XP. Outlook running
increasingly slowly, now not responding at all. Do not
see any unusually large processes running when this
occurs. Must end task to get out of Outlook.

Are you using Exchange server?
If you're using PST files, where are they located?
