Outlook 2003 not responding

Outlook 2003 (current with all updates) will not load on my pc. Try to open
it and the task manager indicates that Outlook is not responding. End task
and try again and get message that Outlook failed to close and do I want to
open it in Safe mode. Indicate yes, and still Outlook will not respond.
Have run "detect and repair" several times, get message that MS Office has
been repaired, but Outlook is still not responding. OS is XP Pro with all
the service packs. Excel, word, and access are working fine, problem is just
with Outlook 2003. PC is Dell dimension. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
