outlook xp send error

When I try to send an email from Ooutlook Xp I get this message:

Sending reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If the problem continues, contact your server administrator on
ISP'

Can someone tell me what is interrupting my connection?
 
The MS URL that your site is pointing to cannot be found. Could you let us
know the details of the problem through some other means. Thank you.
