Outlook XP - safe mode

Hi,
We have a Win2K Terminal Server with Office XP installed.

Recently (last couple of days), users are getting the message that Outlook
did not load correctly and offering to load in "safe mode". I can't see why
this is happening and it seems to occur for all users, but only on every
other log in.

I guess that there's a file or registry entry that needs to be deleted.
Does anyone have any ideas?
