OutLook XP PRO

I installed Office XP Pro. But when I launch for first
time, I get an error msg something like this:
"Can't load or find required file; was not able to load
needed pstprx.dll file.....

Then I get a box that asks if I want to open the default
system folder. Means nothing to me. I need help here.
