Outlook xp - display record of use

I can't figure out how to display a record of use of
Microsoft and other computer applications in Outlook.
 
I had this question asked of me in a pre-employment assesment test. The wording on this question is not good. I was trying to find this answer out myself as I didnt know you could do this in Outlook. I gave up looking and got lucky with a shot in the dark.

I hope this helps the next person who gets this crap question, but the answer is to open the Journal.
