Outlook XP Change Workgroup to Internet e-mail.

Using Windows XP and Outlook XP

A brand new system is in the process of setup. Outlook
XP was configured as a Workgroup and needs to be changed
to Internet e-mail. I can't get Outlook to switch from
Microsoft Exchange Server default. I have removed Office
XP and reinstalled but it did not change the settings.
Please advise.

Nikki-
I have a very similar issue, and need to remove Workgroup
setting from Outlook. Cannot find a Mail Applet on the
control panel in XP (Home).
