Outlook XP & 2003 PST Conversion

Hey Folks,

Aside from doing an import, is there perhaps an easier way to convert a
PST from the XP format to the 2003 format (unicode vs. ANSI)?

I'm hoping someone may have some insight they can share with me on this
matter.
