Outlook/Word Mail merge

Is Mail Merge for outlook and word 2007 available for free? When I selcet the
tools tab there is no "mail merge" menu item and I cannot find anywhere on
this site or any other whether mail merge comes with office 2007 standard or
if it has to be downloaded. This may solve my personalized newsletter problem.

In Word 2007, have you looked at the "Mailings" header when in a blank or new
document?

Yes I did and I found it. I realized in outlook I needed to be in the
contacts window instead of the email window.

Is there a way to do this personalizing with email newsletters as well?

O

Outlook, eh?

I am having the problem that I can only send email merges using Plain Text.
Html goes through the motions of sending an email, but it never gets to my
outbox or sends. BTW - I am using Office 2007.

You can mail merge to email - use HTML format to avoid the security prompts.
