outlook won't work

i recently got a pskill virus now cleaned but outlook still won't open i get
a send error report and thats it. i have reinstalled office pro and updated
but still nothing can anyone help please.
 
no it won't and then i initialises xp pro ond front page and still won't open.

also had a look in explore and in program filrs couldn't find outlook could
this be the reason?
 
It can't find outlook.exe? Are you using a shortcut to try to open Outlook?
If so, what does the shortcut point to?

as far as i know it points to outlook but in add/remove programs outlook is
not there any more should it be on the xp pro disc? if so how can i reinstall
outlook or is there anywhere on ms site that i can get it?

Is Office listed there? Additionally, you should be able to start with the
installation CD.
 
I'm haveing a somewhat similar problem with Outlook. After my computer has
been on for a while, I can't open Outlook. If I shut down the computer and
reboot, then I can open Outlook. Any suggestions?

Something is keeping Outlook open when you think it's closed. See if
something here helps:
