Outlook Won't Shut Down

Outlook keeps popping up even after I close it out. It interupts other work
that I'm doing. Even when I minimize it, it keeps disrupting, I don't use
Outlook. I do use Outlook Express. Driving me crazy since I can't even
delete the program.

If you don't use it the close it. if it won't close end the process.
If it "pops up" while you are doing something then what are you doing? Your
default applications might be set as Outlook.
