Outlook won't send "reply" emails

When replying to emails from the 'sent' folder, Outlook
won't send. It sits in the Outbox.
 
What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail accounts?
 
I am habing teh same problem. Fresh sends work fine and I receive mail but "replies" just sit in thge outbox
Outlook 2003
