Outlook won't reopen

Hello,

I have Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 and when I start
my computer, everything works fine. Then if I close
Outlook it won't reopen unless I reboot or shut down the
OUTLOOK.EXE process in Task Manager.

There is an icon in the task bar that says something
about cancelling server request on the status line, but I
can't get Outlook to open so I can cancel it.

Click on the arrow and select Cancel Server Request. No need to open
Outlook.

It is an icon of Outlook's. There is no arrow. When right-
clicking the task bar icon nothing happens. When left
clicking it gives me the error about Cancelling Server
Request.

I have seen the Cancel Server Request option. It is in
Outlook when you right-click the icon that normally
says "Connected". But since I can't opewn Outlook I can't
get to it.
