Outlook Won't Open--Error

Whenever I open my Outlook this is the error I receive:
This is what the Error Message contains:
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer:10.0.6626.0 ModName: msouplug.dll
ModVer:2004.1.4.17 Offset: 00016e08
If anyone knows what this error is please let me know

I have uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled a new version of Outlook and
still get the same error. Please help.

It's a Symantec anti-spam or antivirus add-in that is possibly corrupt.
search for that dll - msouplug.dll - rename it to msouplug.old then see if
you can start Outlook.
If you get Outlook loaded then Symantec support is best to contact regarding
the dll. I'd disable any antivirus plug-in they use and use Outlook's Spam
feature.
