Outlook won't open, but other Office programs do.

I have Vista and a brand new laptop. Outlook was working fine until I
installed 'important' updates, and now Outlook starts to open - then the
message "Microsoft Office Outlook has stopped working". No way of accessing
any of the Outlook options, just closes Outlook.

Other office programs like word are OK.

I have the same problem. Office diagnostics does not fix problem.

I have the same problem. Outlook won't open in safe mode.
Ran all the diagnostics, no joy.
Reinstalled the entire office suite, no joy.

This is the last hope.
