Outlook won't open attached messages

Hello,

I have a problem where I can't open attached emails (inside other emails
;-). I can see the message under Subject, but double-click or
right-click/Open won't do anything.

I modify the registry to add Level1Remove and add several extensions,
including .msg, but still no luck. I can open other attachement files like
Excel, Word, PDF, jpg, etc, but when I get a message inside another I can;t
open it at all.

What can I do? Is there any other line to add to the registry or I can
configure that from Tool/Options...?

Thank you everybody for your help and have a great day!!

Are you runing Office 2003 SP3 on XP or Vista AND do you have Google Desktop
Search installed? If you do, that's the culprit.

THANK YOU K.!!
That made it. I'm running XP and GDS was installed on it. I removed it and
now attachments open very nicely ;-)

Thank you once again and have a wonderful day!!
