Outlook with BCM not Installing

Hi
Am trying to install this onto computer running XP Pro fullt patched.
It gets so far and then bombs out.
The error string said: The SQL Server service failed to start
i have found a KB article - 920114 but this refers to a folder 'protect' -
which i dont have within the installation.
Can anyone help please- thanks

What does the event viewer say with regards to SQL?
