outlook will not send mail. All mail stays in Outbox.

For three days now Outlook will not send mail. Please help. I have done
"repair" and have not had any change. this is the message I get:
Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'
I know that all settings are correct. Please note that I can erase the stuck
mail from the outbox, but it will never send.
Please help.

I'm having probs sending too!!! My error msgs say " can't find host smtp or
http"

Check with your Internet provider for what account settings and type you
should use.
