Mails stay in Outbox

Hi,

I've a problem with my Outlook 2003. When I try to send a mail (I click
the "Send" button) the mail will be moved to the outbox (fat and
italic). Outlook sends the mail (and arrived at the receipient) but the
mail stays in the outbox and outlook wont move the mail into the "Sent
Items" folder. The only KB article I've found was about a problem, when
OL is "offline" but my client is "Online"

I use OL 2003 SP2 and Windows XP Prof SP2.

Can someone help me??

Thx
Robert

Make sure you have Save a message in Sent Items selected in Tools, Options,
Email Options. How do you know the mail is actually sent and received? You
should also set up automatic mail checking. Check for mail no less than every
10 mins (and uncheck Send Immediately when connected) in Mail Setup,
Send-receive button.
