outlook will not save my outgoing mail

Just did a wipe and load and installed Office 2003. I
cannot get Outlook 2003 to save my outgoing e-mail.

Please advise.

Save it where? Set the View to Folder view and look in
the Sent Items folder. The Folders will appear on the
right.
