Outlook webmail empties my work inbox

Hi, I am a college coach and have a problem with my outlook 2007.
Whenever I access email from home, they dissapear from my work
computer inbox. The email system is an exchange server, and I would
like to be able to work on my emails both in the office and on the
road. Is this possible?

Yes but you might need to setup an Offline Folder file at home as opposed to
the Personal Folder file you're probably using now. You might want to check
with your office's IT department to see if they've got a procedure
documented for you to use. Also, they may have Outlook Web Access
configured.
