Outlook Webmail Access (Microsoft Exchange Server 2003) - Unable t

I am accessing my e-mail through Outlook Webmail and can view my e-mail fine,
however, when I try to reply, it opens a new window with a red X and will not
let me type anything in my reply. I have Vista and have tried to adjust some
of the security settings, but have not yet found a solution.

This was working, but something just changed that has caused this problem.
Any suggestions on what I need to do to resolve this?
