Outlook Web access

I no longer have the file drop down menu in Outlook Web
access. Therefore I can no longer go to file > save as >
to save a email to a folder on my hard drive. How can I
fix this problem?

Talk to your Exchange admin - Outlook Web Access is an Exchange feature, not
Outlook.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
