Outlook Web Access

I may have submitted this question to the wrong forum but maybe someone here
can help.

Our company is now using Outlook Web Access. When I tried to cut & paste
clip art or word art from MS Word 2003 into a new message, it is not showing
up. Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible? I really need to
use this feature but my IT person is of no help. Thank you in advance for
any help with this program (seems very limited).

If I understand your question correctly, no it isn't possible to embed a
graphic into a message with the OWA client. The best you could do is save
said word art as a .doc file and then do a regular file attachment via the
paperclip icon.

No, you can't. Outlook Web Access is an HTML form on a web server. It's
like using Hotmail, Gmail, etc. You can attach files, but not embed them.
If you need this functionality you'd need to set up Outlook Anywhere/RPC
over HTTPS in your Exchange environment. This would allow you to use your
local Microsoft Outlook client to access the server from outside of the
organization.
