Outlook Web Access "need to lock down save-as, delete,copy,move,pr

Need to lock down save-as, delete, copy, move and print on the Outlook Web
Access toolbar. When you open the email attachment don 't allow them to save
the attachments to there laptop or home computer. Would this be
administrative template in group policies? Where would I find any Microsoft
white paper on this subject?
 
Ask in an Exchange group. This one is for desktop Outlook.
