Outlook Web Access - Can't send or forward messages - why?

I had a prompt to install recent Microsoft Office updates which I did. After
doing so, the Reply and Forward functionality for email via Outlook Web
Access no longer works. Any ideas why or how it can be fixed?

Hi,

When you upgrade the SP2, it will automatically turn on the pop-blocker.
This is the cause on your problem. Simply go to IE, choose Option, turn off
the Pop-blocker. You problem solved.
