I have new Sony laptop come with Vista, and I usually use Microsoft outlook
2003 via VPN to receive my Company's email. It works fine with window XP,
but after I set up the exchange server on outlook and try work on it. I
always come out window said "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You
must connect to your Microsoft Exchange Server computer with the current
profile before you can synchronize your folder with your offine folder file".
But, actually i have connected vpn, and can work with terminal server. So,
I don't know what wrong. Would you help?

Can you ping your Exchange server by name? Have you checked with your employer's IT folks to see if they have changed any settings on the Exchange server?

Hi there,
I have the same problem as the user Tiger. Outlook will work properly in the
XP machine and will refuse to connect on the Vista one.
Thanks for any help.
