Hi all,

The Outlook Team Calendar shows the appointments for team members. The
appointments do not show any remarks that I added nor the attendees.

I know that the Outlook Team Calendar uses the Outlook View Control. Is it
possible to customize the team calendar view so that appointments also show
remarks and attendees?

Thanks in advance,

HJ

You mean that when you open the item, it has no notes or recipients?

No. Before you open an item you have the calendar in day, week, month or any
other view. That gives you the overview with the subject and location of
appointments. I would like to show the notes and attendees in that day, week
etc. view as well.

Attendees: not possible
Notes: possible if you have a recent version of Outlook that supports the
Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview view
