Outlook Video problem

When I start outlook the monitor screen goes blank for a few seconds and when
the outlook window appears some of the icons are not correctly displayed. The
same thin happens when you close Outlook.
 
Updated your videocard driver already? Also make sure that resolution and
refresh rate settings are within the boundaries of your monitor.
