Outlook v OE- Delete default setting - trivial

Just wondering, if I go to " Empty Deleted items folder", in Outlook it
defaults to 'yes'
With OE, it defaults to 'No'
Slightly annoying when you jump from one to the other, so I'm looking for a
possible Reg change to change 'No' to 'Yes' in OE
