I ask in this NG because I have not gotten an answer in an Outlook NG.

Outlook Express uses Message Disposition Notifiction to verify Message
were sent and read.

Does this also apply to MS Outlook 2003 as well as Outlook Express ?

That's the Read Receipt feature. IF Outlook has it, and I'm
pretty sure it does, then yes, it has MDN. You didn't get a
response in Outlook because your question is very vaguely and
poorly phrased.
