This is normal behavior. Most Outlook user options are not specific to the
Outlook mail profile. Individual accounts have no plain text option.
If you log on as a different Windows user, however, you'll have settings
specific to Outlook for that user, separate from the settings for the
original user.

OK. Thanks for your feedback! I used to have this account
set-up under a different Windows profile and decided to
switch it to a seperate Outlook profile instead out of
convenience. I suppose they each have their drawbacks for
what I do. Thanks for letting me know!
