Outlook Upgrade

I installed Norton anti - virus. I then upgraded Outlook
Express to Outlook 2000. The upgarde went smoothly and
all my defaults were adjusted in IE 6. The problem I have
is that when I send an e - mail, the message stays in the
Outbox until I hit the Send / Receive button on the
Outlook toolbar. Meanwhile, my Outlook Express is till
active and when I send an e - mail from OE, Norton scans
and sends the message. Should I un -install Norton and
re - install?

Look over the tools, options menu - you need to have send immediately
enabled or set outlook to send every xx minutes.

See help, about to get the exact version (corporate or internet) you have
and we can tell the full steps to enable send immediately.
