Hello,

Do I need to make Outlook 2000 updates?

If so, please can you tell me why I'm having this error while I'm trying to
update: You need to create or enlist a Customer Manager Database before you
can use this feature.

That sounds like the Business Contact Manager (although I don't know for
sure, never having used it). I didn't think Outlook 2000 had that feature.
