Windows XP Professional.
Outlook 2002.
I currently have Outlook Express 6 running with an SMTP account. It works
fine. I want to switch to Outlook.
I installed Outlook 2002 and when I try to start it the following message is
displayed:
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the item. Try
again."
Outlook seems to be confused and cannot find the Inbox folders.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but keep getting the same message.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
