Outlook-TWO questions

1. When I try to move a mail message from my Inbox to a Personal Folders
file in MS Outlook, a message pops up on the screen saying “Unable to move
object. Object has either already been moved or deletedâ€

2. I receive notification in my email account that the account is over its
size limit. I have already cleared out the Inbox, Sent Items, and Deleted
Items, but am still receiving notification that the account is over limit.

1 - Might it be that the item was moved by the Rules Wizard before you got
to it
2 - What kind of mail server are you downloading from? Could it be that the
message is referring to a server mailbox not some local issue?
