Meeting organizers need a headcount for invitees who have not responded to an
Outlook invitation. Tracking accepted, tentatively accepted, and declined
responses does not cover everything. The appointment tab does not include a
headcount for "none" - which is crucial data when following up on RSVPs. The
tracking log does not print out from the tracking tab; nor when you print off
a copy of the invitation itself. This is very frustrating! Strangely, a
breakout of responses is only seen when someone responds. I would like the
tracking information to be sortable (by response type) and printable. When
printing off the inviation, all response detail should be shown, grouped by
response, and with headcount per response. I use Outlook 2003. Thank you.
