Outlook Today [Personal Folders]

I am running Outlook 2000.
My Outlook Today - [Personal Folders] displays twice. If I delete a subfolder in one, it deletes in the other as well.
When I receive new mail, it appears simultaneously in the Inbox subfolder.

This is related to my one Outlook.pst file, which, I copy between my laptop and desktop so as to always have the same mail and contact list.

What have I screwed up? I would like to have only one Outlook Today- [Personal Folders] showing

Are you using Outlook in Corporate/Workgroup mode or in Internet Mail Only
mode?
