outlook timeout while downloading hotmail inbox

MY outlook program 2003 version gives the following error message:

Task 'Hotmail_persadr: Folder:Inbox Downloading all items.' reported error
(0x800CCC19) : 'A timeout occurred while communicating with the server.'

Is there a fix for this?

If you are using the default HTTP connection if Outlook I would recommend
using the Outlook Connector instead.
