outlook time stamp

My 'Outlook 2003' changes the time stamp an hour early
when messages are sent out. Also, when I receive notice
for meetings the time is actually changed from their
message to my message and is placed on my calendar both an
hour earlier. I have checked the time zone in my oulook
and it is set correct, also displaying the time stamp with
the correct time in my location. My computer time is set
correct to my location. Can someone please tell me how to
resolve this problem in outlook.

Thank you. Christine

Times are effected by the time, timezone and dst settings on the sending
end, the mailservers and the receiving end.
Verify that these are all set correctly. Contact your mail administrator/ISP
if necessary.

It's fixed! In the date/time clock on the computer select
the time zone tab and check the box "Automatically adjust
clock for daylight saving changes". Then from the toolbar
in Outlook select Tools; Options; Calendar Options; Time
Zone and check the box "Adjust for daylight saving time".
