Dear All,

I have an email which I want to send on a number of occasions, with the same
message body but to different recipients. I wrote the email message body
and saved it as a template but cannot reopen the email.

How do I do this?

Thanks,

Danny

I'm not sure what you mean by 'template' but here's how I
would do it.

1) Create your email
2) Select the 1st group of recipient you want to send it
to and place them in the to/cc/or bcc box, as appropriate.
3) At the top of the message screen click View/Options
4) Under delivery options select the date and time you
want it to send your message.
5) Copy the body of this, your first message.
6) Send it (it will hold it in outgoing until the date
and time occurs.
7) Start a new message.
8) Past the content of your first message into the body
of your second message.
9) Repeat steps 2-4 above.
10) Keep doing this until you create all the messages
you want with the same body to the groups of recipients
and on the dates and times you elect.

Hope this answers your question,

Thanks Rob, it was useful but

I keep hoping there is a more elegant way.
