OUTLOOK Template

Using OUTLOOK 2003, I've created a template. I've modified a rule to
autorespond when certain emails come in.

The template has certain formatting (like a numbered list).

This works fine for me.

I took the template and installed it on a co-workers machine. He has
OUTLOOK 2003 also. I also created the rule too.

When it responds, the formatting is not there. For example, numbered list
is not there.

What could be set different to cause this?

THANKS,

MEG

Is that custom Outlook form published on the other user's computer? It would
have to be or be published in your organization's Organizational Forms
Library for the form to work on the other computer.

Ken:

Thanks for the reply.

I understand what you suggested and can certainly publish it so that is
available.

However, from a Outlook rule there is only the option to specify a template.
This points to .oft documents.

Is there another way to do this that I'm missing.

Thanks,

MEG
