Outlook takes 15 sec. to open email. Why?

Outlook has slowed to a crawl when trying to read several new down loaded
messages. It takes 15-20 seconds to switch to the next message or to wait if
you delete the message for the process to complete. Auto archive is set on. I
am using DataStorm satellite connection thru DirectWay but the messages
should already be all downloaded into Outlook.
 
If you have Outlook 2002, try going to Tools -> Options -> Other and turning
of Instant Messaging integration.
