OUTLOOK SYNCHRONIZE - TWO SEPARATE PC'S

Dear Frien,

My boss want synchronize outlook calendar from his PC to his secretary PC's.
Is it anyway for possible "Outlook" Calendar synchronize with two separate
PC. Please guide me what is solution is available now??? Thanks

In Outlook 98/2000 there was a freeware solution (netfolders) available, but
in Outlook 2002 and 2003 this function is no more supported.
