OUTLOOK SUBJECT LINE DOES NOT AUTO CORRECT WHILE BODY DOES

Recently the subject line on my e-mails from outlook is not performing the
auto correct option while it still works in the body of the e-mail. It used
to correct in both areas.

I don’t think autocorrect ever worked on the subject - spell check before
sending (or F7) was required.

what version of outlook?

Thanks for the quick response. I believe it is part of Microsoft office
2003. However, it is showing as being on a Microsoft Exchange Server. It
used to work for the auto correct feature - we would type a brief message
such as "TPS" and it would substitue the complete message that was saved in
the auto correct replacement chart. It stopped working recently and we can't
figure out why. If we type the same "TPS" in the body of the e-mail the
correction is made as it always has before. It just stopped working in the
subject line.

Thanks, I will check that out. We have been taking stronger security
measures and it may be related to that.
